Bemis Woods Main entrance on Ogden Ave-Illinois Route 34 just east of I-294. Best know for the tobbogan slide, but also a great place to get in a quiet 40-50 minute run in on grass and dirt. If you're feeling lucky try darting off on one of the single track trails.
