Universal Sole & You Grow Girl! Fitness Present - The Daily Stroll!

The Mission: Being centrally located in West Lakeview/West Lincoln Park, we have a lot of families in the area! Why not have something in the middle of the day for folks looking to get out and be fit with the little ones in the stroller! Welcome to The Daily Stroll brought to you by Universal Sole & You Grow Girl! Fitness! Come out, meet other parents while you benefit from participating in a regular exercise program. What better way to demonstrate the importance of health and fitness to your children at an early age!

What Are We Doing? Led by Jennifer Dixon of You Grow Girl! Fitness, The Daily Stroll is a stroller fitness class that provides both cardiovascular and strength benefits through power walking and strength training by leveraging body-weight, tubing and/or through the use of the stroller, interactive activities with children & other parents! Basically, this is a chance to get you and the little one/ones out of the house while you all benefit from healthy stroller activity!

The Details:

Date - Every Tuesday Starting June 7 and going through October 4, 2011

Time – 11am – 12 pm

Location: - Universal Sole - Lakeview (3052 North Lincoln Ave.)

Fee: Free & Open to Everyone (children must be 5 months or older and able to sit up in a stroller), Pregnant women are also welome but must have a doctor permission (note).

Requirement: Must have a baby stroller that easily maneuvers city sidewalks and the use of athletic activity (B.O.B Stroller,  Baby Jogger, etc). Questions on your stroller, give us a call here at da SOLE!

Premiums: All participants that come to 6 or more times receive the limited edition "Daily Stroll" Tech T. Goodies will also be on hand from some of our sponsors as well!
